the hotel is a class for itself. The complete staff was not only hard-working the guests to do everything right, you did. There was nothing, not to satisfaction the score was taken care of. the dining was very vielhaltig. The food were excellent. If a beautiful relaxed vacation have with possibilities of relaxation in the hotel ( indoor pool, sauna, massage etc.) you should go to this hotel. Also especially for the people, which are gladly a lot the cleanliness of the want to see just what the doctor ordered! Special tip from me: in any case a trip to the ALM to for example Stoana ALM or Wineklmoosalm ☺ Here is guaranteed something for everyone. The whole staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. breakfast average, at least for 4-star. In the morning fried egg and friends are apparently only on Sundays, the rest is nothing special, coffee is mediocre, juices too, thus rather 3 star area. Unprofessional welcome of the chefs, just a message, that was it, friendliness doesn't look and feel different. Staff at the evening and in the morning was very nice.
