Rooms with arrival very cold, Uraktheizkörper ( icing). Balcony dirty, house facade green (moss) and gray (dirt).
dining room set nicely, but during dinner gravitated cold in all the corners and edges.
bathroom: shower's wall broken (half flood), thick dirt (Gray lime and Seifenränder) at the lower Duschinnenwänden.

three week in bad malente my three week stay in the hotel was very pleasant. All the staff (with one exception in the restaurant) was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very extensive, the three course menus for lunch and dinner were freshly prepared, were wide, very tasty and very well decorated. The chef my appreciation. The pool was very good. We spent a wonderful week at the dieksee autumn and very comfortable in the precise Hotel. Especially the service and the friendliness of the staff were a bonus. The birthday of my grandmother was without reservation the table decorated and reserved. The food was excellent! The massage in the neighboring area as well as the Wellness has advised relaxation and was a gift of success. We love to stay there again! Read more
