We have already visited several Première Classe hotels in France, so we did this tried. The room was clearly visible in many places they hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom had also dirt, for regular cleaning actually very easy to remove. Apart from the strong urine in the bathroom has the entire room not the impression as if except for the bedspread much had been cleaned. The location was poor; although it was within walking distance (about 5km) from the centre of strasbourg, if you're lazy/it's raining/you don't know where you are going you have to get a taxi which is quite expensive (I paid over 20euro to get 4/5km from hotel several times).
