Location and facilities were good. The reception was very helpful. It was near the Jewish district, thats wyh there was a possibility for good restaurants and pubs. Also only 3 tram stops from the city center, by walk only 20 minutes. The swimming pool was rather small but still OK with the whirlpool. Read more

The hotel lies somewhat outside, is however quickly with the tram or the bus to reach. The hotel iSF very good and recommendable. A stay is worthwhile in any case. Especially good is the very extensive and delicious breakfast! Read more

Great price performance ratio ', especially the pool, sauna, hot tub were great. The breakfast was gigantic, a very large selection, also for vegetarians, free internet! Absolutely recommendable. The only downside: it is not completely in the center. But with cheap taxi ride to reach and also in 25 minutes on foot. Read more

At the reception, they were constantly trying to the guest "ripped". Agreed room rates are not complied with, if you know it you will only 2 days then zurückgerechnet and they pick you up the money then where else, such as with 95 more expensive parking garage/in the jazz club is uncrowded, constantly It was empty. Modern hotel in middle of Cracow, a bit difficult to find. Very stylish modern (room, bathroom, hotel lobby). The best hotel I have ever in Poland found (until 4 stars). Breakfast was abundant, evenings food was ok. However seemed the price for the hotel and food very high compared to other hotels in Poland. Read more

They helped us check in early (we arrived from an overnight train) when a member of our party wasn't feeling well, arranged tours to Auschwitz and the salt mine, and were unfailingly helpful, professional, and polite.

We had one meal in the restaurant, and although the food was mainly excellent, the service was pretty poor - it took 2 1/4 hours to serve 2 courses and one of the waitresses was very rude to us (when we asked, after waiting for 20 minutes if she could get us some drinks she barked 'I'm not your waitress' and walked off).
