    A great oceanic ship on land, it looks like a monument from the outside. It was opened 1 1.5 years ago with 4-5 floors kept low. It's a ship!! German was spoken very little. We were in an extra room on the poolside and it was absolutely ok, it was sip decorated and set up with a balcony, totally clean. The catastrophy in the hotel was the lower level, on this floor I would only!! walk over it with shoes because it looked like a ship wreck, if you have problems walking don't go down there.     Despite SPA, the hotel was awful. reeting was terrible. obody knows the activities at the hotel. We could not learn the menu of A la Carte Restaurant so as to make reservation. When we drop by the Reception. Staff told us to go to the Rest. to learn the Menu.
