The hotel was apart from to half board food absolutely okay although in some places a little getting old. The breakfast was rather well arranged; much white bread; grain bread was, if you don't early enough ( before 8:30 A. M. ) for breakfast was, ran out. The garden area is very well maintained. Other facilities, breakfast room, spa facilities, as well as outdoor pool are very clean. The rooms were huge and decorated in a modern style. The buffet for breakfast sufficiently equipped. Something for everyone.
In the place one can in the evening also outside of the hotel go to eat. There are 4 or 5 comfortable restaurants. Funchal can be reached by the public regular bus. We had a very large apartment. On the first floor was the kitchen with living room and a floor higher bedroom with bathroom. All in all there were certainly on 50 square meters.
