For a week it was OK. The food was but too monotonous and partly Geschmacktsneutral. In Hauptessenraum it was way too loud and you had to on time evenings be there, otherwise there is no space.

Summarized were beautiful holidays in the RIU hotel.
There were all inclusive holidays - food, drink, service and daily cleaning services.
The whole staff were very friendly - we were thrilled.
The location was excellent, near the beach and central area of Puerto del Carmen-it was a quiet area.
One can say that the service and the food absolutely minutes 4 stars, unfortunately if not to the condition of the former part of the hotel to.

The first entering the kantinenartigen dining room and the sight verhandenen food it was immediately clear to us that we don't 2 weeks would remain-we have the second week also in another hotel spent. Everything tasted the same and fade. The desserts were colored differently but everything came from the large industry. The cocktails were in plastic containers vorgemischt.
