I have long time to decide, which one could criticize, so that the review not so euphoric precipitates. It is me however nothing has, the vacation was perfect. Starting with the perfect care from/to male, the great food, the perfect service on the island and the almost tacky idyllic. What the vacation but so especially power, is the absolute Absence of noise, hecticness, Crush at the buffet and reserved beach chairs. We have fantastic 11 days. The fitness studio is very good devices equipped. The classes, not by many guests attended, are also very good. Daily Beachvolleyball offered, where beginner to. The food is diverse and very good quality. Definitely recommendable also the attendance in the 'the edl ', here we have a romantic evening in unique fashion spent. We had a great great days in club spent. A especially warm thanks to the front office team in particular Osman and the management B&F led by Adam.
It was really all of our wishes were fulfilled. The entire club is Wi-Fi free of charge available. The trip there and back were about 15 hours from FRA. The entertainment team has a great job, as there was something for everyone.
Value for money to 100% OK.

For us it was a dream holiday. Everything was fine. Staff is like a large family, the one immediately very warm takes up. Each desire was met us... All guests had a permanetes' super King size grin' in the face! ☺ white beach, turquoise sea, colorful fish, crystal clear, warm water... Just perfect for a great holiday. The prices outside the booked board are a bit pricey, but you can understand it, that everything also sometime on the island must be brought. But you beautiful German small beer and aperol Sprizz at sunset! Very awesome!

Room service exists at moderate prices, however the staff was not yet very familiar with the room service card, so that in each case with three orders there were one or two further inquiries and the ordered wine each time was (allegedly) gone.

Diving school (foreign company) had high-quality modern equipment, however the customer service and in particular complaint management here could still be improved (my husband and his diving partner were forgotten on a diving course on open sea and floated 5 minutes on the surface, before they could see the diving boat, on which were already all other divers as well as two diving guides.
