Ramada Hotel Friedrichroda

As regular guests of the hotel we feel there anytime again comfortable. The staff in all areas was very friendly and competent. Furthermore, the cleanliness was always very pleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel was full and the bad weather, so it was in the sauna area problems to find a free beach chair. I would also like to take part in a sport course, but it was only offered on Saturday. The wellness treatments were great and really relaxing -but you have to reserve time appointments call! We have stayed several times in this hotel and anytime again thrilled by the whole atmosphere. There were lots of excursion possibilities with the car or are within walking distance. The wellness offerings are Vielfäldig. You must only use! Read more

For a four-star hotel we found the furnishing the rooms were rather sparse. It was not a safe or a mini fridge available. In the wellness area we would have liked a bit more relaxation, for example service by the pool as shown in the brochure picture or silent music... A nice hotel in the heart of beautiful forests. The food was good diversity of food and beverage choices, the food nicely prepared. The waiters in the area of the restaurant was very accommodating and nice. The bar was a little lame, it took forever until you were served, but as everywhere in the hotel you can make the same. on the whole not a bad hotel, but the friendliness left much to be desired, one of four star hotels rather stayed elsewhere. But perhaps this is normal in the East! Only Mr F. was very friendly and always ready to have little fun. The rooms were big enough and clean. The food was okay, is a bit a matter of taste. In the bar you had to wait till very late in the evening, until somebody has taken the order, was completely overwhelmed!
