We have stayed three times guest in this hotel. It was still nice, but there was this time lots of small Annoyances. For example:
Spa facilities: we have 3 months in advance 2 date for a certain day, it is simply arbitrarily moved, without apology or request, whether it is possible for us. Before the guests the personal problems the staff mutually held ( statements: what has the already again made; this is the space itself up and so on). I have vacation! Our massage was 15 minutes shorter than paid. The women( Beautician) came 5 minutes too ... Read more

Very recommendable hotel directly bordering the Thuringian forest. The food ( half board) was varied, tasty and therefore simply brilliant. The spa area is very generous and good, by the existing glass pyramid is the pool area however with sunshine clearly overheated.
On the downside was only the fact that many smoking guests and conference participants these directly in front of the entrance of the hotel deeds and by discussion noise and smoke hence overlying rooms' benefited. This was evenings partly very annoying.

the hotel is definitely recommendable. We really enjoyed it, so that we have the second time were there.
I was ostensibly because they offered Stoßwellentherapie (in the wellness area ) wonderful. My husband was the food important. Both the breakfast-, as well as the dinner was overwhelming.
the Stoßwellentherapie was not good done. For a lot of money quäle I since that with akkuten back pain, so that I today get a jab and me an appointment with the orthopedist soutenant had to be left open.
