The Residence "Ai Salici" is made up of two buildings, situated around a central swimming pool with solarium, in a way that they create an internal court that gives the area an atmosphere of privacy.
Hotel location
The residence is situated in Viale dei Gabbiani, just 500 meters from the beach, just few steps far from Galleria La Quercia, with its shops, restaurants and bars.
Service at the hotel
The village is made of apartments that are completely furnished with crockery. Guests can rent bed linen in the offices of Agenzia Lampo (extra cost), or they can bring them from home. The apartment must be tidied up and cleaned before leaving otherwise the cleaning will be charged.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Near the village you can find restaurants, bar and pizzeria. About 7 km far there is the centre of Caorle, and 4 km far Porto Santa Margherita.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Near the village in 2011 have been opened the new sport facilities with football, volleyball and beach volley fields, basket and tennis courts.
All the guests of Giardini di Altea can take part to the animation program. The animation entertains adults and children with sports and plays during the day, and also at night with funny shows.
In the middle of each village there is a big pool for adults and children and an equipped solarium. Swimming pools are open from the middle of May until the middle of September from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00.

We were already for the third time in the area caorle-altanea and therefore not surprised by the professional handling of the application, the beach-Bähnchens and sports facilities. Our room was over two floors, the only complaint I had were the sleep possibilities: we felt the pull-out sofa on the ground floor more comfortable than the old mattresses in the 'double bed' above. The cleanliness is not an issue, the pool was cleaned daily and even tested. We are already thinking, whether we go back next year, but possibly right in Lampo book. Read more

New supermarket in three kilometer distance, great beach, great pool, at the beach a beach chair at the best book, definitely worth it, the sand is great, the sea flat and warm, the rooms are OK (just Italian cleanliness:-)) The pool is very nice and absolutely recommendable. the food in the restaurants in the area and not overpriced, the supermarket in the area is the most important thing, but very expensive, in three kilometer is a alliper supermarket and is cheap and has everything the heart could desire. :-) Read more

Good place to stay. The beds were rather camp beds. Otherwise everything was OK. Shuttlezog to the beach was OK. Shopping possibilities good, but very expensive prices unbelievable the best from at home carry forward. Read more

We can recommend this self-catering hotel Really recommend it.
Hotel, apartment and pool were very clean and well maintained.
Location is great, to the beach about ten minutes walk or with the free trolley, caorle in four kilometer by car, bus or bike distance.
Shopping possibilities in three minutes away from the mini market or in the main square of the resort, conveniently in the middle (at the roundabout to altanea) large supermarket.
At the sea there are sections with pay or free bathing areas for mitgenommene mats, towels...

Flat, clean beach; clean pool with children's swimming pool, close to shopping, plenty of restaurants (pizza to go also possible-very convenient! ☺ , Free of charge to the beach trolley drove, great things for the evening stroll with kids (merry-go-round, cars, bouncy castle...), very nicely designed children disco for the little ones (eight years 3A), children's playgrounds, modern, spacious apartment and child-friendly staff!
