The hotel would be ok for a city break, but completely in as the location is bad I wouldn't recommend it. The closer you at the harbor, the better that area in Nice. You had to walk about 1 hour away from the hotel to the harbor, the hotel is too far away. During the day guests can catch buses to the city center, on the go but no buses come back.
