Enjoy your holidays at our Residence Speckerhof which is situated in a special sunny place. The 7 spacious apartments furnished in South Tyrolean style offer you a wonderful view over the gigantic mountain world of South Tyrol.
Breakfast and dinner will be served in the South Tyrolean lounge with a cosy, warm tiled stove.
Do you love to cater for yourself? No problem…use our sandwich service.
Next to our residence there is a farm where you can see cows, calves, pigs, cats, rabbits and chickens in their natural environment. Farmer “Hans” will answer all your questions you have about the farm.
After an eventful trekking tour or an exhausting ski day relax in our indoor swimming pool Alpinpool for free.
The ski bus stops 1 minute from the house away and within 3 minutes you reach the skiing area of Gitschberg.
Enjoy your holidays at the Oberhofer family residence in a sunny, family-friendly holiday area of South Tyrol.
Hotel location
Coming from the North/Brennero or the South on the motorway A22, exit Bressanone/Valle Pusteria. Exit direction Brunico/Val Pusteria (E45) and after approx. 3 km before the tunnel, turn right direction Rio Pusteria. From Rio Pusteria you reach Maranza driving along the approx. 8 km long panorama-street.
Coming from the East of Val Pusteria, you turn right 24 km after Brunico, direction Rio Pusteria and from there over the panorama-street to Maranza.

Skibus-service free from Maranza to Jochtal and Gitschberg. During tobboganing your family will have a lot of fun on the nature-tobbogan-run or on the artificial-tobbogan-run. Natural cross-country ski run to the breathtaking “Altfass” valley.
Unlimited slope fun in the ski area Dolomiti-Superski. Ski school, ski rental for carver, snowboarder and alpine skier for good prices from our partner rentasport.
The children winter world: the ski kindergarten for the smallest: trekking- and ski-shoe-room with ski-shoe-drier. Social gatering in the mountain hut Gitschhütte is guaranteed and after a long rewarding ski day, it is time for some après-ski.

The Speckerhof very nice well-kept apartment, we were in the 1 floor apartment second was very nice equipped with microwave and dishwasher, nice Zeran field for cooking. From the moment we arrived we were in the holiday, Erna oberhofer gave us some very nice hiking and explained everything was super nice, with children undertake can. Can recommend the breakfast. Generally the Residence Speckerhof had everything necessary for a good holiday.
We were stayed in apartment with two bedrooms and one bedroom which was connected with kitchen. In first bedroom there was only two beds, that perfect for grandparents. Second room consists of one single bed and one double bed. There are bedside cabinets near every bed, big wardrobe with vault in it and table, where we placed our notebook. As to kitchen, there was everything we need except teapot. So we boiled water in espresso machine.
