The hotel in general
The first part of Valle dell’ Erica, the first tourist village constructed in Sardinia, was built in 1958 (a period when it was still possible to build a few metres from the sea) by the owner of the valley, a pioneer of tourism in Sardinia. Thanks to the fascination of the area and the high quality of the structure built – indeed it received a special mention from the President of the Republic – Valle dell’Erica during the sixties became a very stylish, sought-after venue, and indeed numbered princes and kings among its guests.
In 2005 it was completely refurbished by Delphina which in full respect of the splendid natural environment surrounding it and thus in harmony with the style of the original village chosen by its founder, transformed it into a resort equipped with all modern comforts, the aim being to offer something which has become somewhat rare, that is the emotion of a truly natural holiday (as in days gone by) but also in an exclusive setting.

Service at the hotel
The Resort can boast of a truly unique, unrepeatable position, a few metres from a splendid white sand bay and rocks moulded by wind and weather, in natural scenery which is among the most beautiful in Sardinia. Thanks to its extensive spaces, privacy is always guaranteed, and its numerous small bays accessible on foot, its romantic rooms with panoramic verandas, the warm atmosphere of its Thalasso and Spa Center and the services offered by its skilled staff, ensure it is a true oasis of relaxation and pleasure for couples.
The Resort is also an ideal choice for family groups; indeed it has large, secure green and garden areas where the kids can play without disturbing the adults, a large, well-equipped mini club and a splendid kids’ pool.
Apart from the beauty of the sea and the breathtaking views, it offers an exceptional sea water pool just a few metres from the sea and an outstanding Thalasso & Spa Centre.
After dinner, in the Resort’s Plaza, amusing shows with live music and various different events.
Hotel room/Accommodation
140 rooms and Junior suites, all completely refurbished in 2005, located between 80 and 200 m from the sea.
All rooms are on the ground floor, with independent access and furnished in Mediterranean style. They all have a roofed veranda with 2 deck chairs (or 2 chairs) and a small table, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, Sky TV, safe, mini bar, beach towels and towelling robes. Sea view against payment of a small supplement.

The positive first: nice location, room okay, beach okay (could be a bit better) (?) The hotel has five stars but I would give highest four. You should rent a car because the nearest town at least six kilometer away and the highest 1 star would be. I recommend, some beverages already on the way to the hotel to get a glass of wine or a beer cost 7-8 €(for wines in the Enoteca from 6.50 euro the wrong gets) as was often criticized the hot food was never really warm, (which nowadays should not be a problem) but the cooks were very friendly and warm the food if you ask. Into this hotel one drives, if one wants to recover and peace searches. To Sardinien one flies, if one wants to recover on a beautiful island and something Sightseeing liked to make. But that can one everything very well before in the travel guide or in the description of hotel read. We decided due to the reviews on holidaycheck for this resort and were not disappointed. The flight booked, the rental car and the hotel separately and everything worked very well. From the Airport you need just 1 hour at a comfortable drive to the hotel.
The complex is situated in a very quiet area, far and wide no hotel complexes, only small bungalows. Also the complex itself consists only of small units or bungalows.
We can recommend this hotel to all those who just peace and a beach holiday and don't want to walk on foot in a place.

A very beautiful resort in simply wonderful landscape. Great ones are also the small bays to bathe and recover. One can select oneself each day another. Very friendly and forestalling staff, good meal and a quite large room with terrace and sea view (junior suite, type A) as well as a outstanding working SPA and Wellnesscenter result in perfect a recovery.
