We didn’t get the classic luxury room with sea view we had booked and were told that I hadn’t booked directly at the hotel but through hotels.com – otherwise we would have had it! As I insisted on my booking several times we could move into the fourth floor into a room with sea view after two nights (booked five!). time; expensive Internet, should be free nowadays like in the four other hotels we stayed in. we waited over an hour to check in we did not get the rooms we expected to get one room was not ready the receptionist was not very computer savvy we were very disappointed with the whole hotel stay the hotel as a whole looked unkept we saw food outside rooms one day and it was still there the next day (very disappointing) i even called the hotel to make sure we got the rooms we booked will think twice about booking again joanallard[@]

I choose Resort because it was near the amusement park and I had my granddaughter with me, but I've been to some crummy hotels and motels and they all have a blow dryer in the room not this one, my children(2 daughters) could not enjoy the pool because there was no blow dryer in the room as well as myself.
