Will never visit this hotel and definitely recommend. It smells the front desk of smoke. Also in the room smells very unpleasant. The bedding was stained and in the morning I had some small bug existences under the pillow. Read more

the worst hotel ever. and i have travelled a lot. never once have i come across some manager and staff so incompetent und utterly rude. i book a double room but got a twin room. i complaint straight away but it fell on deaf ears. they tried to argue with me about what a double room is. How dare they! The staff not only speaks bad German, but was rude too. i asked to speak to the manager who shouted at me for no reason at all. The room was okay, apart from the bathroom (defective shower and the shower curtain was dirty). But otherwise clean.
In the room there was a tv and even a fan. The breakfast was unfortunately not worth 6 €, it was simply too little selection. The staff were friendly and helpful (despite confusion). The location is in Sachsenhausen. There are many small bars and pubs. Below the hotel there was also a bar, but the volume was not on, as we were too tired.
