The hotel in general
Our family owns and manages personally the house since 1952. The 23 rooms and 3 suites are individually designed and emphasize wine and art. The rooms boast superb panoramas of the vineyards or the old town. Rooms, winter garden, weinstuben, schloss garden, parking, restaurant
and restrooms can be reached on the ground floor without steps even with wheelchair. In 2007 the hotel became Unesco World Heritage host and in 2009 Breuer’s Ruedesheimer Schloss was the first hotel in Hessen to gain the level II award of Service Quality Germany.
Hotel location
Since the 19th century Rüdesheim is an attraction for the romantic traveller. It is today one of the most visited towns in Germany considering the modest number of only 7000 residents. Among the major landmarks are the national monument on the Niederwald hill, inaugurated in 1883, the famed vineyards of the Rüdesheimer Berg and the world famous Drosselgasse. The narrow Rhine gorge offering a fascinating landscape between Koblenz and Rüdesheim with steep vineyards, fortresses, castles and historic towns the valley was classified Unesco World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley in 2002.

Regional cuisine complementing the Riesling – 4 courses and 4 wines – Romantic Dreams – Victor and his band entertain, with music to dance by under the old tillow tree – long nights and late breakfast for those in love. Rheingau champagne buffet breakfast. Prices per person in double and twin rooms. Sickinger Hof - after careful renovation it is now a great location in a historic setting for special parties, family events and effective conferences.
Gastronomy in the hotel
The hotel boasts cosy weinstuben and the wonderful garden. Enjoy regional and homemade specialities. Our chef prefers fresh products and suppliers from the region. Wines from the Riesling and Pinot Noir grape are produced in the families own estate GEORG BREUER. With every bottle of wine we serve a free large bottle of mineral water. Our specialities: “Hessian Tapas”, Riesling-cheese-soup, whole roasted duck stuffed with figs and dates, local game butchered by the Kempenich family and trout from the Seitz family’s estate in the Wisper Valley. Rheingau champagne breakfast in the sunny winter garden and the schloss garden.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Music and dancing. From Easter to the end of the Christmas Market our and entertains with piano, violin, saxophone and clarinet.

We were already for the fourth time in this great hotel. Aint springs the friendliness the host and their teams on. Then I wanted all you the big room, look forward to the fine food in the cozy restaurant and enjoy the house George Breuer wine. A big part of the success was thanks to our stay at the Rüdesheimer Hotel: we appreciated the warm welcome and enjoyed excellent food and very tasty Riesling wines. The rooms are spacious and decorated modern style.
I should be said that Frau B. is an excellent host : she took us for a nice walk to Assmanshausen with a superb scenery and a picnic as describe in fancy magazines.
We really felt as valued guests !

Hotel location is very good. Everything reachable on foot, especially the directly adjoining drosselgasse street. Food was very good as well as the service. The hotel's own Riesling you should definitely try. The only drawback was the loudness of my room. But I don't know, whether this is in all rooms right, or only in a renovated building below the roof. Breakfast buffet is wide and well worth to be booked. Read more
