We were already the second time over nikolaustage in this area, but now with all-inclusive what we expected. Nice hotel in good condition, rooms very spacious but unfortunately very clairaudient as the rooms between walls of plasterboard are. The beds were in order and very broad (per 140 centimeter wide per bed and the time 2). Room service as described on the Internet only every second day, however therefor everything completely new and linens (you could live with that). A very good value for money cancel at packages. We are very happy to go back. Safety deposit box is available but only very small and premium. It is also a wireless network available, but only for a daily charges of 6 eurosPer day and only in the lobby. Read more

We had booked the hotel over the travel agent and a so-called savings room. The hotel rooms feel the concept and we were given a room right next to the main road, was impossible to sleep. After complaining we were given a new room with same result-day and night cars, buses and motorbikes. Room cleaning was only on request two-day instead, what we didn't have been informed. We were referred to this hotel, as our original hotel was overbooked. The friendliness of the staff were okay, however the staff in the dining room hardly Englishentertainment with hands and feet. If you want a great holiday where you want for nothing in Tenerife, I would recommend the Jacaranda its first class. - in April 10
aqualand was good,daughter had pic with dolphin which she loved but couldnt take baby in pools as water freezing, overall a great holiday,would definately stay there again but prob not all inc because of daughter not eating much,first time to tenerife and we all enjoyed it.

also the waterfall was not working by the ppol area which was ugly and was one od the reason swhy we like the hotel, not only that but they were fixing it, god know what they were doing but they were making as bloody racket from about 8am to 4pm each day, thsi really upset us.

The management staff were helpful in assisting us to report this too police but denied theft was a problem at this hotel You do pay for every extra - TV, fridge, towels and safe, unusual in my experience for a 4* so be prepared I dont take beach towels on holiday as they are normally supplied.

Internet wireless (service quite expensive: 30 min 3 EUR, 1 hour 5 EUR and 12 hours 12 EUR) was not working fine: after several minutes the internet server stopped working and I needed to wait 1 minute to have it up and running again.

location is great,a nice walk to beach but a walk up hill coming back,found shops with pampers and huggies for baby but only found 1 place that sold sma milk but i took enough so wasnt a problem,monkey park,lovely,lemurs sit on you but take bananas,they love them, wasnt impressed with jungle park,alot of walking with not much to see! - in November 09

If you want to stay in the hotel your all inclusive is not too bad you have to wear a wrist band which I hate, the quality of drinks is ok, snacks between meals are limited to the lower level pool - we did not indulge but could see cakes and sandwiches.

If you were lying there you were lucky not to get caught in the firing line, when this had been done another cleaner followed with a brush to sweep up and put it into a large wheeled bin, during our week I never saw anyone clean the poolside tables, loungers which were quite obviously dirty from all the spilled rubbish.
