We were the second time in the San Blas and have recovered well again... In the year 2012 and will stay there again to spend our December vacation... But: we had to find, the previous year (2010) for the remarkable deteriorated has. The staff are mostly grumpy. Sometimes you had to a wait to order drinks up to 20 minutes and then some ten minutes until it was brought to our room. The friendly and abhetzenden service-the staff could not have been better. Pool bar not clean; ability to communicate dirty and not cleaned; pool bar-employee not friendly, not in the mood to work? For the restaurant there is some proposals for the improvement: the breakfast: trash can lack on the table; small key for Marmeladenabfüllen not available; the coffeepot/coffee is undrinkable (disaster!) and the small coffee maker (you have to let each cup individually...) was much too small for this rush! Since we were otherwise rather in four stars hotels until now on the way we think a five stars hotel at least the former is better, but unfortunately we were disappointed as far as that is concerned.
