Seehotel Sternberg

Not a four star hotel, not more than three star hotel with some reservations. Carpet in the room was worn, stained, shower with mildew in the corners, so-called spa area in the basement sadly, the pool closed, (partly) repaired based wooden, floor worn, paint away. Entrance to the reception area through the smokers! (Wellnesshotel!) dinner without taste, bland, mediocre at best. Breakfast was okay but not four stars! Nice hotel in a lovely area. Staff all very nice and competent. Of course we are trying to give the guest staff to save. At breakfast or dinner, it could happen that the reception staff only after a short search in the dining room to find. As a business traveler meeting led us our stay for two nights in the hotel in the lake in Sternberg. According to the information we should be in a four-star Spa Hotel. Where are the four star inferred, on closer analysis, is unfortunately not.
