From the 'much-praised' sensimar we heard little. The hotel wasn't't equivalent to a five stars hotel. Staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Complaints were ignored. Cleaning service was a joke. During our stay, there was no more than a couple of times and it only half-heartedly. The bathroom was cleaned only half-heartedly. Towels were worn and not very clean. For two years in operation standing good hotel area. A lot of green (but little trees) for a maximum of two-story houses in different, an appealing architecture. Very romantic: thousands of leds on the pool floor with colorful light change on entrance of the darkness. Very attentive and friendly staff. Extensive and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately some drawbacks :-Spa area only once for free... With a good five star hotel could you a free Spa-use, at least indoor swimming pool and sauna, expect-the room cleaning was just very superficially, the cleaning lady had the strange habit, opened beverages or meals (like a bread for example), the facilities in the room, and throw away-we had a triple occupancy in the room, on the second day was missing the third cup, or the third glass. The complex from the year 2009 is situated in a very good condition. The staff was (at the end of the season) very friendly and helpful, the quality and variety of the food can be described as good (four stars). Compared to other five stars hotel there are a few deductions, there was only little things such as cushions on the beach chairs, tissues in the bathroom, the glass of champagne for breakfast, a large variety of food or more than only instant coffee.
