We were last year at the sensimar and loved it. this year we wanted again a relaxing and quiet vacation in a supposedly very good hotel spend. Since we were a better informeth. the rooms were partly only in the afternoon at 15 o'clock cleaned. last year at this time the second time cleaned. in case of a complaint at the front desk one got only one snotty and rude response, the maids until 15 o'clock Time for the cleaning would have! The rooms are beautiful and also large enough all with great balcony
Bathrooms are really great -but here it is missing at the care and cleanliness
The towels and bathrobes are partly in a very bad condition, and in the room on the ground floor there are many ants, is not much against done

We almost a whole year on our well-deserved vacation happy and as now childless reisendes couple is not other travel time outside of the season possible. Can for the budget and for the expecting peace very be tempting. We booked us for this five star hotel to end of the season and were expecting a wellness vacation of the finest quality. From the 'much-praised' sensimar we heard little. The hotel wasn't't equivalent to a five stars hotel. Staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Complaints were ignored. Cleaning service was a joke. During our stay, there was no more than a couple of times and it only half-heartedly. The bathroom was cleaned only half-heartedly. Towels were worn and not very clean.
