As a large group we enjoyed our stay in this hotel , there was plenty of room in the dining room to accomodate the 12 of us, the quality of the rooms and services provided were excellent if you are looking for a relaxing break where you wont be hassled into taking part in every activity going then i would recommend this hotel for you. The hotel is a really big complexum with 8 building elements (from A to H) and about 600 rooms on 9 level. Inspite of its huge size the hotel was very human and friendly and we had a great time there. The food was really great. We really enjoyed our stay there. The majority of the guests were from Britain, Italy and Spain, a lot of pensioners and also families with small children. Neckermann and Tui travel agencies have own offices in the hotel. The hotel resort is very nice. If you look a bit more closely, however, you will see that in some places renovation work must be undertaken/improvements made. That has nothing to do with cleanness though- the resort is very clean. The hotel room is very big. We had fresh hand-towels in the bathroom everyday. The room was cleaned everyday. The reception staff, cleaning staff and waiting staff were all very nice and polite. The service was very good in general. Very big selection of food available at breakfast and dinner time.
