When we arrived we were asked what a shack is. But to our surprise it is from the inside a very nice, clean hotel with very friendly German speaking staff. The food is very large part very good except for one or two meals where to get used to, the food every day varied by the breakfast is served in the evening for dinner! The long walk to the beach is far but therefor you got a lot to see and shopping possibilities as far as the eye can see! Friendly staff, excellent cleaning every day with a change of towels, good food, a bit shabby, but constantly renewed! I read some of the negative reviews of the hotel on Luna park, but it seems to be more guest reviews to act! For anarchists, one couldn't blame the hotel! Was a very pleasant stay! Read more

I've read the reviews here before and had considerable doubts. But these were not justified. Clearly it is not the Hilton or something like that, but I didn't know before I on Mallorca as a three star hotel book. The staff at the bar, front desk and the maids to do this, and are trying to fulfil in good faith. Here in Spain not Germany, since the mentality is a bit different. Rooms were clean but very old and shabby. Elevators better don't use. Hallways were not welcoming and you get the first shock. The room was very, very badly sound-proofed. Very unusual was, that it was only in a Pepsi, whether soft drinks, beer or wine. Also it is a must to get a drinks at the moment, it to the table and then make another time.
