The hotel was situated very centrally. Unfortunately, our room had a view of the back, where it was quite loud when one opened the window. Furthermore, the rooms on this side were very dark, which didn't contribute to one's feeling of well-being, but the size of the room and the beds especially were terrific. There was a used bathrobe and shoes in our room, which didn't necessarily speak in favour for the housekeeping of a 4/5-star hotel. I found the surcharge of 26.50€ for the hotel to be somewhat outrageous!

... Sheraton Brussels is definitely past its prime. A pity, as it really had a central location.
For the upscale prices in the restaurant, I expected more. The table was sloppy and bread and drinks were first brought after directly addressing the server. Altogether, service was miserable. The food was good, however very clear on the plate so that one didn't get full from the main course. The breakfast buffet was alright, although not at all good. What was offered was limited.
