In spite of the size of the hotel it has a pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms pleasant and well equipped.
The spa area was enough for a city break and the view over München from the 22 floor really great.
In about 5 minutes one was at the subway and 13 minutes later in the stachus.
At the hotel there are several places to eat and a supermarket.
Only point of criticism is the front desk: first it was the reservation had disappeared and later the room card because of wrong entered dates locked.

Stay in the Arabella was pure crazy, from a to z everything was perfect. First class with a lot of stars we found the spa facilities and the very delicious breakfast buffet.

Inside Hui, outside yuck. Basically taken outside a Bauschande. However was the hotel (inside) recently completely renovated. The area is boring. Only 1 vapiano restaurant is worth mentioning, which easily reachable on foot is. Apart from that only ugly Office complexes in the surrounding area.

The internet 6 euro half an hour, ok it was really fast but 6 euro half an hour???And the other sad thing was the balcony, many rooms have one and they are all empty without a chair a table a light, nothing, and is sad cause the view is nice (we were on the 12th floor), also the balcony haven't been cleaned in a while, ours was dirty with cigarettes butt from old customers. - in March 10
Close to city centre by train easy to use train system, train stop arabellapark is not far is about a 2-3min walk, lovely room, nice view, very clean and comfortable, in a nice area there are restaurants and shops and cafe's close by, we found all staff to be friendly, internet is good and fast.

I have just put me again with clothes in the bed and woke us up about a hour later as a hotel staff, the vegetables as an excuse to bring sticks, the then on the pair of dirty carpet of my room, because I have not completely opened the door and did not have wanted the stuff.
