nice steep coast, very many stairs-ocean difficult reachable.

... guests very indiscreet! The discretion to the guest in our industry always a top priority! With problems immediately and should be discreet, to communicate and to fix this. Defamation of the score under staff should, if it happens, preferably not at the guest arrive. As a result, we have our weekend vacation and drove back to Bangkok. A clarification of the duty manager or general manager was not possible in the event! What a disaster in complaint handling!

We stayed in room 505, one of the four rooms in a bungalow, with a large bathroom and terrace with a view of the garden.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There are regular buses to the centre and free shuttle back.
The nearest restaurant outside of the hotel to walk left out of the hotel right at the end of the stairs to the observation deck, about a five-minute walk.

One of the most beautiful hotels i've stayed-- View from huge room over the many layered pools down to water is unreal- On the plus side you are totally away from the wonderful sleeze of Pattaya- negative is you are way away from the sleeze of Pattaya- wonderful pools- great buffet breakfrast- and they grill lobster, shrimp and crab each night- free computer use- service perfect Pattaya beach is a mess- by being away- beach is almost pleasant ( but don't expect Phuket) They now have shuttle to town center-

The food is great, staff fantastic, SPA offered free 30-minute head and neck massages due to the travel curfew because of the political unrest, which was just fine by me!

A visit to Nong Nooch Tropical Gardens, a 600-acre botanical garden with the largest variety of orchids in Thailand, several theme gardens, waterfalls, and even a small zoo is a great day out for me.
