check in and check out was very nice. Breakfast service-the lady service lead has was very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately it has its staff/ Colleagues regularly before us reprimanded in a tone of the not appropriate. If you open window should you want to sleep definitely account to book a room facing the park. I could the room in place of 'city view' so street transfer to park. It was not a problem at all. The hotel actually makes a Cascais but the new suites under the roof are really great, lots of glass, small terrace with a very beautiful view of the Salzburg old town and hohensalzburg fortress. The only negative is that the wireless Internet fee is in the room, the Internet should be in a hotel of this caliber (near congress centre) at least be present. Read more

A club room and had me feel very welcome. Furnishings left no wishes open, even a steam iron and ironing board is stored in the closet. Room very quiet, for those with a view of the mirabell garden you can even leave the window open at night.
Choice at breakfast was very good, service sometimes something to hard, you feel almost 'attacked'.
Cleanliness is 5 *.

Nice hotel in a great location. The old town is only a few minutes away from the hotel. Before the hotel is a beautiful, large park.
