Good choice for a professional stay. I wasn't with children so couldn't say if it's good there or not. I haven't enjoy any facilities but it seems as a fun place. Was very central so could go to lot of nice restaurant at walikng distance. Read more

For business reasons I stayed several times at the Sheraton. The hotel is in an excellent location right in the centre of Sofia. Many sights and fine restaurants are within walking distance where you can have excellent food at reasonable prices. There are nicer hotels in Sofia, should have condemned the Sheraton. The interior is rather depressing, dark, you can even of depressing. The windows were not in all rooms and with a lot of wind, which often occurs in Sofia, it seemed in the night annoying. I have two nights in this hotel and was a little disappointed. For a Sheraton I expected more. The rooms look at first glance clean, if you have a closer look, you quickly deficits. It also helps the new 32-inch LCD tv with a few international channels does not. The hotel is located in the well-kept government. Leaves you but this neighborhood looks very different from the world. Broken sidewalks, streets actually impassable. Nearby the hotel there are a few shopping center with reasonable prices. ... Sheraton at all. The cleanliness the second room left a lot to be desired, so was for example the window framework inside thick with dirt schwaruem -see photos.
overall impression musty:
furthermore we found unpleasant, the hotel in the hallways (and also in our non-smokers rooms) clearly stale smoke smelled.

Sofia walkways are absolutely DISGRACEFUL condition: everywhere loose or lack of plates and plenty of open smelling drains.
