I stayed at the Sheraton Tirana several times in the past year, but only for 1-2 days. Based on my late flight I always came in the middle of the night to check-in to the hotel, and also the staff at that time were very polite and tried. You could also easily change rooms if you want a smoking room, or even a Kirtag right outside of the hotel and it was very noisy. Also I could change without a problem. The Sheraton Tirana is by far the most expensive hotel Albania. The Sheraton Tirana is the hotel with the worst value for money at all. This hotel is nothing: Not the price, service and not at all the rooms.
