Taking this into account, in the Gran Hotel Soller, has established a new gastronomic strategy which looks to adapt their services to the different requirements of the clientele, favouring the use of quality products with a detailed presentation and a rapid personalized attention.
This policy has made be obvious mainly in the area of restoration and, more concretely, in the offer of products and services of Restaurant Can Blau, whose burners have put in hands of the chef Javier Weil, disciple of figures of the Spanish gran cuisine as Martin Beresategui (3 stars Spare tire) or Dani García (1 major Spare tire) and devoutly convinced of that the traditional cuisine and the flavours of long ago have to be the base of the new creative cuisine.
Decorated within the influence of the purest Majorcan style of architecture, in which the most outstanding is the use of natural stone, giving Can Blau a solidity and strength. Within its walls there are some interesting recesses with a private dining room and a luxury cellar well stocked with a variety of exclusive wines. On the exterior, a natural open area welcomes visitors and rewards them with some impressionable views of the Serra de Tramontana and the magical flow of the waters of the Torrent Gros. Artistic design, personalized service and gastronomic delicacies available for the most demanding palates.

An bekommendes good hotel renovated. Ideal location in the center of Soller. Tampas bars and small shops around the corner. To Palma by bus (30 minutes 4,50 euros ) or historical Bahn (1 hour 10 euros ). Negative are the particular 4,70 euros fees, for the tunnel in the direction of Palma. Interesting hiking trails around Soller and direction Puig mayor. A rental car is recommendable nonetheless, at for example the interesting location (deia, valldemossa, Andraxt) on the west coast along the way. Read more

For the pool Bader the hotel is less suitable-there are two pools, on the roof terrace and a swelling in the basement, both clean and nicely decorated, but very small!
