We are after Wüstenrot dangers, for 3 days, relax. However is during our stay from the side of the staff so much wrong has been made, the everything to enumerate, would I hour. The hotel is a seminary hotel and for spa travel completely unsuitable. It is noisy, hectic and the' spa facilities' is a total catastrophe. Old and dirty, everywhere mold and stains, disgusting! Medium beautiful hotel complex directly on the forest location. Cleanliness will in this hotel capitalized. we had half board. Breakfast and dinner in buffet form. All age groups represented. We had a freshly renovated comfort room with about 26 square meters, South side and balcony with direct view of the forest Exceptionally quiet. We were a large group with about 100 adults, Jgl'en and Familienkindern a weekend long in the house. The building had the whole time a relaxed atmosphere. Also at the buffet it was a totally stress free, although other guests/ Groups present were, there were no major waiting times. Only, some rooms in the main building could use an renovation tolerate, but they are probably natural phenomena of wear, where you however times an eye on it to have should, in order to anticipate. the hotel is on the whole to be recommended. there are some faults, but with little effort fixed may be. we have felt comfortable, which for the most part at the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff was... the food was average to very good... Also there could but some be improved. after the renovation the spa area, we will certainly again there vacation make. the area invites for relaxing a (if it wasn't 15 degrees below zero) we had a good relaxed...
