In a week stay (from the 4th till the 10th February) with all the family (2 adults 3 child) for two times there was no heating in the room and no one took care of my reclamation. In a ski resort you can imagine the freezing during the night. The rooms are very old fashion and decadent. The shower was not working properly (couldn’t take a decent shower because water temperature was constantly changing).
