The hotel is 25 years old, what it shows. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, during our 1 wöchigem stay was the room not even swept once and exempt from the dust. The dishes are mostly English tastes and we missed the Canary evening the Spanish Kulinaritäten. 20 years since we visit the Canary Islands and the Spanish mainland, but this hotel was by far the worst four star hotel. A fine hotel that can be adviced. You will be not disappointed. Room maintenance could be improved a little but all other available services of the hotel are fine. The Great hall with its plants is a nice entrance, rooms are big and nicely decorated , the restaurant offers quality food and the pool has a nice temperature. Read more

The bar was not up to our expectations. The boss of the bar seemed very arrogant. Although we already over ten times in this hotel were, came from him again not a ° Hello!
