Already for the second time I have visited this hotel and I felt just well. Of course you can recommend this hotel especially the golfers, as the golf course belongs to the facility. For swimming it was just a little too November stormy, but the wind has given to the golf course every day a different note. The varied dinner was again outstanding and left nothing to be desired. I made it again vacation in El gouna, despite the revolution, and was thrilled. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The food, the choice and Sabine were very good. Of the riots in Cairo was here nothing and it was very relaxing. The golf course was in excellent condition and good to play. I'm coming definitely again. Read more

The evaluation speaks for itself! Having regard to the statement from steigenberger Al DAU beach hotel, the hotel captain's inn in El gouna was in the category 'Deluxe'. From here we noticed nothing more, unfortunately. There are big renovation traffic jams in important areas such as sanitary facilities and restaurant. This is where action is urgently needed! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in El gouna was the mood always quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We never had some feelings of insecurity. It was peaceful, we saw a lot of staff supervised and monitored in El gouna there were different possibilities safely trips to undertake. The fear is completely unnecessary Egypt. it was all over the plate and in the salad we called room service they sent someone to say sorry and took the food back without charging us for it and that was it i think this is a very huge service quality issue that hotels could be sued for in most countries so when i got back home i emailed that incident to the main office of the hotel and never got any reply and to me that very disappointing maybe the hotel is over confident so they ignored even sending a descent apology or compensation for that for sure i wont stay in that hotel again and i recommend going to the Sheraton or the any-other hotel in gouna hotel which do have a beach - in July 10
