Stay in the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin we found very pleasant.
We felt very much at ease.
Food in Zeppelinos was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. Special recommendation: the Steaks.

We had booked a junior suite-this was obviously not controlled, because the air ventilation/ air conditioning didn't work-after move in a other not everything mitgezügelt! The inconvenience there were 5 disturbances by the technician and further 7 times in the move. In the second suite we had to then dirty dishes state, so that the appetite for the offered mineral water a little lost. The completely renovated hotel in the middle of the city in all areas clean and tidy. The reception/check in very friendly and attentive.
since we on the birthday of my man arrived are, I had in advance a bouquet-it worked great with a wonderful Bunch of roses, the already in the room state. On the house we received a bottle of sparkling wine (large!) to the rooms-kudos!

Probably in the meantime everything renovated. I had booked a junior suite with very nice bathroom. The front as mostly missing flowers (I was simply value) in the living room and the bathroom was after complaint brought so it is
the only thing which itself opposite my last stay has hardly changed- at the front desk one has both the check in / out and even in special requests the feeling not welcome to be.

beautiful medium size five star hotel. Very clean and everywhere well heated what this cold season very pleasant was. We had the night without breakfast booked.
