We were lucky, on the top floor in a suite to spend. With a great view of St. Stephen's cathedral. The suites are amazing! The hotel is very centrally located. The hotel has an unbeatable location, everything is within easy to reach on foot! The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection. But unfortunately we missed the extra. We couldn't say, what (except for the great location) the difference to a new hotel with less stars. To be honest, we are disappointed. The hotel has an unbeatable location, but else?! We had booked the hotel limousine service and nearly fell down, as we entered the BMW. Smokey without end of! It didn't work. Similarly, we had all our luggage alone into the hotel, it was not taken from us. This is a no-go for a five stars hotel. A very good City hotel in the centre, better not! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything very high-quality and again! The bathroom was also very nice.
