In Principle matched the standard a steigenberger hotel, it was just a little getting old. Unfortunately there was a few complaints with regard to the cleanliness in the room and the other areas. Additional was the breakfast for a four-star hotel below the level. The selection was limited, the eggs cold and so on the Rest was all right. Read more

Very good location, right on the water tower. Short walks to the Christmas market and the pedestrian area. Parking in the public garage with direct access to the hotel. Reduced to 12,00 euros per day. Hotel interior newly renovated, bright, clean and friendly. Nice courteous staff in all areas. We had booked the 'welcome to Mannheim'., got an upgrade to a junior suite. The check-in with an assumed name have been raised, front desk is could only bad German, room card was not working (they forgot to encode). On our Reklemation there were per person a Gurschein to the bar (per maximum ten Euros). The room was clean, small, old, with large writing desk and Wi-Fi Internet access business guests.
