In February I was for the first time in this hotel and very felt at ease. What I noticed was that, that I have on the second day some staff the dining and the boss with names mentioned; I am from other houses in this form and found it very pleasant and attentive.
The staff I found very friendly, only the women at the front desk I was a little distant.
The food was very, delicious, the portions for my personal use however a little tight ☺

in previous years there was now and again problems with the friendliness and Komptetenz of the staff. This is not so, all staff in the service are very friendly, fast and competent.
