The hotel is not very up-to-date anymore in order in the room, for example, the balcony door to open or tilt is a lot of strength and skill necessary. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, in the dining room, for example, Spider webs and dirty windows to see. The food is good and sufficient. I stayed for two days with my son (14 years) on holiday here. Last minute booking worked thanks to the friendly 'front desk' Esther perfect gem. Staff very courteous, well arranged and tasty half board-food, clean beach and indoor, large playground and many sport possibilities. Optimum conditions for a relaxing beach holiday! The hotel and the location is also ideal for a fitness holiday: early morning walk around the lake, then jump into the refreshing, if still light the stereotyped surface cover and from the extensive breakfast! The kitchen is always a pleasure again!
Also noteworthy is the sauna right on the shore with stunning views of Hochobir & karawanken mountains!
Small point of criticism: the restaurant and bars near the hotel could do with color use.
