The best Resort I've ever stayed in. All staff very friendly and always there for you. The hotel's meneger put lots of effort to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Great location. Private beach and pool area very tidy and there's always someone to help: from serving drinks to moving your sunbed or just anything. Although still being refurbished, the hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The was no real disturbance from refurbishment work. Food was generally of a very good standard - you need never go hungry. It was well cooked and there was plenty of it. The cakes were to die for.

Hotel has alovely lagoon & relaxing beach area although we preferred the heated pool as the sea is quite cold at this time of year

Yet again i had a lovely time at the hotel, but a little dissapointed that all the refurbishment was not complete.
The room i was originally checked into was dissapointing but after a word at hotel desk was immediately moved to a superiar room on 7th floor with excellent views. I was last here in august and found the climate in january much more agreeable.All the staff yet again were amazing especially the animation team.

fantastic hotel great staff from the cleaners to the bar staff and managment the animation team are brilliant and even gave us a briliant send of on the hotel steps when we checked out to return to the airport everything was very clean and the rooms have a great view of the beach and out to sea and giftun island the restraunts have a great variety of food something for everyone there is sports entertainment throughout the day and a differnt show every night theres music around the pool and even a camel on the beach who is very freindly to the guests and you can ride the camel for a small fee we traveled with thomas cook our rep at the hotel was really good with us and provided us with everything you need to know about the resort and trips that was on offer at reasonable prices i would recomend this hotel the hotel and especially the staff made our holiday we enjoyed it so much that we want to go back next year - in November 09

The hotel is quite large with many rooms and i think it has 7 floors, the rooms are clean, beds in some rooms are double and some with twin, we have been in both and found them to be okay but a little hard when on the twin, but that is a matter of preference, views from the rooms are lovely overlooking the lagoon and the Red Sea.

The hotel itself is described as a four star, as it is in need of a small refurb to rooms i would class it as a 3 star +, cleanliness of the rooms Hotel pool and gardens are all excellent.

The animation team are very good at putting on different shows at night, plus the activities in the daytime around the beach/pool were excellent with special thanks to Sherif Momo Ahmed Boyzown Svetlana Olga Valantino for their hard work and for keeping us entertained and which helped to make our holiday. - in March 10, Alison, Age: 31-35, I travelled as: Couple

We had a great time, very relaxing plenty of sunbeds for everyone, and having the lagoon to go snorkelling in was a bonus.

The highlight had to be the the pool and beach entertainment team led by sherif who were on the ball every day, Full of enthusiasm and brought joy to all around the pool with their varied programme.

The hotel was fantastic, very clean throughout, very good location with own private beach, and good size pool and also sea water pool (all with life guards).
