We went for 2 weeks and had a great time. All the staff were friendly, helpful and seemed to be genuine in their desire to ensure we had a good holiday. A special thanks have to go to Volka in Guest Relations who always knew how to solve a problem (e.g. our room had to be changed as we had no hot water for a few hours). This was a superb choice of hotel for a break away from the depressing winter months. Stunning hotel set set back footsteps from a fantastic beach. The hotel was superbly kept right from litter being continually picked up to the grass being trimmed regularly.
Our All Inclusive was fantastic considering it was buffet style. There was something there for even the most fussiest of eaters. The waiters were amazing, service with a smile at all hours of the day.

1000 words could not describe all the plus points for the this hotel. I will make mention of the pleasant staff all of which are multi lingual which helps when dealing with guests from different countries.
Special mention is deserved to MICHAEL in the Lobby Bar who kept both of us stocked up with the most delicious Gin & Tonics.

later that night when we went to see the doctor he told us the same and i said that i didn't believe him and that i thought that my wife had food poisoning he said that it wouldn't effect that quick i disagreed with him but he wouldn't listen so me and my wife had to keep going back to see him ever night for the next 5 days and during that time the rep never got back to us with how much it would cost to flights back home that was the first week so the last week of the holiday when my wife was a bit better we did manage to get out and about a bit but she never felt 100% for the rest of our stay the food is all catered towards the russians and so is the entertainment both on the beach and on a night and they even get bigger glasses of beer at the bar the only good thing about the holiday was the room was kept very clean and all the staff were very good and polite and the ones in the lobby bar were the best of all so the hotel was good as were the staff but the place is full of russians, the food isn't very good nether is the entertainment and the thomas cook rep was rubbish so i'll leave it for you to decide the only good thing to come out of this holiday was that we met a lovely couple from wales had it not have been for them we would have come home after the first week - in April 10

The food was very good in the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants, especially the Italian restaurant, fresh made pizza's at lunch were the best, a million thanks to all the staff on Sunrice Garden. - in January 10

later that night when we went to see the doctor he told us the same and i said that i didn't believe him and that i thought that my wife had food poisoning he said that it wouldn't effect that quick i disagreed with him but he wouldn't listen so me and my wife had to keep going back to see him ever night for the next 5 days and during that time the rep never got back to us with how much it would cost to flights back home that was the first week so the last week of the holiday when my wife was a bit better we did manage to get out and about a bit but she never felt 100% for the rest of our stay the food is all catered towards the russians and so is the entertainment both on the beach and on a night and they even get bigger glasses of beer at the bar the only good thing about the holiday was the room was kept very clean and all the staff were very good and polite and the ones in the lobby bar were the best of all so the hotel was good as were the staff but the place is full of russians, the food isn't very good nether is the entertainment and the thomas cook rep was rubbish so i'll leave it for you to decide the only good thing to come out of this holiday was that we met a lovely couple from wales had it not have been for them we would have come home after the first week - in August 10
eating there is better pool and beach bar are nice having drinks all the time but u go get no service while sitting and also food not good.

the pools are a great idea 1 kids 1 anyone 1adults only the beach has its own restaurant and sports facilities the hotel itself is faultless staff are amazing and grounds and surrounding area shops and mall are fab. - in October 10

We spent most of our time around their pool as it was heated and was larger with more sunbeds and we found their bars tended to have a better selection of drinks in the evenings.

the kids pool is not heated an very cold for children (no pool was heated as advertised in the catalogue) and it is surrounded with metal barrs - for safety???, but in the middle of the pool, under water there is a pipe which can easily injur children as it is hard to spot. - in November 10
