This hotel does not deserve 4* in my opinion, although in general most of the staff were very pleasant, the upper management were like british politicians, when you complained they did not give you an answer but changed the subject. The Hotel was stunning from the very first view as we arrived up the diveway. We were welcomed witrh a nice cool drink and the check in was quick and painless. Lovely marbled reception area.
The room was on the third floor decorated to a high standard.

The only complaint i have about the room is that when you leave the room and take the swipe card ? power card none of the sockets work so any camera or phone you put on charge don't charge if your not in the room.

The hotel met my expectations and even more! Everything was great, from the lobby and down to the beach, perfect. We did also have lucky with the room, at a really good place, close to almost everything. The animation team did make my days even more better and funnier with lot of activities. We are already planning to coming back, and we recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is great (It must be because we have booked again in November, that makes it 3 times this year) the hotel is on the beach, unlike other hotels the beach isn't full of coral/rocks in-fact its the only one that you don't have to walk out 300 yards to get the water deep enough for a swim, the swimming area is cordoned off and all water sports are available outside the swimming area (Try the Scuba trip), the hotel restaurants yes restaurants are top quality (Mexican) The rooms are perfect, along with the staff who do the utmost to make your holiday memorable, ahmed (GSC) Manager was very helpful and curtious, very approachable making time for us when we needed information (top manager, I was very impressed) also I must mention kevin (Customers relations) again very proffesional and friendly both going out their way to help thanks! - in September 11

Absolutely amazing hotel , I would go back tomorrow if i could, the staff are so friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the locals are amazing, mohammed and Kamir in the lobby bar and victoria pub are great and are always up for a laugh, Abdul in the pool bar and syed in the towel centre are really nice too and always up for a chat the animation team are really friendly too , ala and kimo are the best , and always try and get you to join in with the games, most of the time the pool game involves a surf board , the evening shows are good too especially Mr Sunrise on and Monday Night and Mr and Mrs on A wednesday night ahmed on reception is amazing too and always has a smile on his face and is there to help we really want to go back as soon as possible. - in August 11

The hotel is great (It must be because we have booked again in November, that makes it 3 times this year) the hotel is on the beach, unlike other hotels the beach isn't full of coral/rocks in-fact its the only one that you don't have to walk out 300 yards to get the water deep enough for a swim, the swimming area is cordoned off and all water sports are available outside the swimming area (Try the Scuba trip), the hotel restaurants yes restaurants are top quality (Mexican) The rooms are perfect, along with the staff who do the utmost to make your holiday memorable, ahmed (GSC) Manager was very helpful and curtious, very approachable making time for us when we needed information (top manager, I was very impressed) also I must mention kevin (Customers relations) again very proffesional and friendly both going out their way to help thanks! - in October 11

The pools where lovely and in a sense you could choose the type of holiday you wanted fun and eventful or peaceful and quiet depending where you sat, the pool area was spotless and tranquil as we sat at the adult one with my kids choosing the main pool with all the enetertainment.
