The overall experience is very good, but make sure that you are on the Ultra All Inclusive deal. Without the a la carte restaurants, the food is average at best and is geared towards the Russian guests of which there are very many.
The Italian restaurant is best and the service here is excellent and for a small charge, you can have the royal breakfast including sparkling wine and smoked salmon in a lovely quiet environment.

Stayed there for the last 2 weeks of April and there is really nothing i can say that is bad about this hotel. From the poolside staff to the bartenders and waiters. everyone in the hotel went as far as they could to make this a very enjoyable stay. the transfer from the airport was only 15 min. there was some aircraft noise but after a while you stop noticing. would recomend to anyone. I liked the aqua gym - botcha and the other games very much.
in the evening the kids disco was very good , the shows where great and in the night in the disco the music was super !

The hotel has two pools and set on the beach, the rooms were the best that i have had so far on a holiday and the aircon worked, you have towels every day and beach towels are supplied aswell and you give them in every day to be cleaned, the rooms have a free safe which saves considerable money as we had 3 rooms, they put us together which made a change, the service is excellent all staff are willing to do everything for you and do not stand there waiting for a tip, you only get this on arrival when they take you bags to your room. - in August 11

Staff are the most friendly i have ever seen, they all speak perfect English and are so happy to have a job, i read a review about the staff roiting before we got there but it was put out of proportion the rooms are cleaned well every day and they do not touch any of your belongings, these are left where you put them, they do expect a tip at the end of your stay like everywhere i have stayed in the past, you gat something mage with your towel on the bed on your last day, the toilet broke and with a call to the reception it was fixed straight away. - in August 11
