All in all a failed vacation. The cleanliness in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The food is I didn't get. Had to go in the small hotel supermarket drinks get, because the glasses very unclean., however an expensive business. For Richard German standard not recommendable, since the area at the hotel and the beach only from building sites, and after rest and relaxation looked in vain. Read more

The quality of the food has compared to the last year clearly neglected, the proportion of East Europeans, slaying increased, as well as the general Volume in the hotel and an increase in the adjacent transport. The most important: sun was there. Read more

The hotel has its best time already experienced. Unfortunately lots of Russians, we were a handful of german guests.
The dining room very led dearless and badly. The food is Masses instead of class.

The resort is structurally and architecturally a very nice area. Everything is large, but straightforward decor. Several pools (also heated pools), restaurants and bars complete the atmosphere. A massive AQUA park, with many Megarutschen the small and large children available. A spa centre and a fitness studio is available. the rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately, only a pool area in the winter heated, and there is one water polo at certain times. If you on foot it was not easy, lots of stairs, and the toilets in the outdoor area long ways. The food and drink( all inclusive) was at any time in excellent quality. We stayed here from 15th October for two weeks, and i can honestly say it was the best holiday i've ever had The Animation team really made our Holiday Even getting me to enter Miss Sunrise competition as MISS EMILY, whilst all the Animators were great Mido, Nani, Charlie & Adriano were the ones that gave us a great Holiday and got us involved with any activities that was going on, All the bar staff, pool side staff, Spa staff, restaurant staff etc couldnt do enough for us and were VERY pleasant, Our room was nice and spacious we had a problem with the Air Con on the second day, the mainenance staff got to us in 10 minutes and was fixed a few minutes later, couldnt get that service in England! - in November 10

Just came back from this hotel, its lovely place, hotel very clean food is not so good but you can find anything to eat, aqua park is amazing staff brilliant pool bar staff is really working hard to fulfill your request as soon as they can, we definitely will come back next year 2012 , thanks to all employees who is makes my holiday very special, thanks to Khalid hotel manager for everything you did for your repeater guest, also our room cleaner mahmed is very nice man always left for us a surprise with towel arts my daughter is so excited to come back and see your arts again, we did recommend this hotel to all our friends,.

we went to sunrise in sept and we enjoyed it was very clean and the staff are very friendly we had no problems at all the beach is nice and clean and the fish that you see are great the pools are very clean we have just booked to go again next year.
