We came here on a 1 week family holiday with our 2 young sons and loved it! The staff are all very friendly, especially the service Manager Nuri and his team were very approachable and friendly. Restaurant staff are all Very hard working but always with a smile on their face and amazing language skills. We asked for bananas for our 2 year old son and got them delivered into our room on a daily basis, which was highly appreciated and a great help. We had the hotel with all inclusive-Package with a family room/ separate room and also got one, what the size positive was.
Very International, but too many Russians, which had behaved, as if it were their property have been.
pool area was great and I was in many hotels. With spacing say, our daughter here in good hands felt had.

We enjoyed the hotel complex loved it. A giant pool area and very friendly service. The biggest fault were the rooms. You are already very worn and well borderline. On the second day we have a room- Upgraede made, so we had two GR. Bedrooms. Loud Hotelaussagen should the winter season but to Zimmersanierung be used.
Yes as already described, the rooms were in our eyes, the biggest fault. But they should be reorganized.

Still on cleanlinessi was evenings in the Horoskopbar to me a catalog way to look at-I on the table and honestly I barely got off the table from the previous guests/ drinks sticky. Therefore perhaps the dark light that you don't see. The staff were so overwhelmed. The type and size of the complex was already sufficiently described. Al we on the 20 October arrived were still a little over 1000 guests in the hotel (in the peak season there are probably about 3800) but from day to day less. You have new towels everyday, new bed sheets and also they make nice patterns on your bed with the towel and flower petals which is nice when you first walk into the room :)While we were on this holiday we had a invitation to go to a evening where you can give your opinion on the hotel which my grandad attended and said they listened and wrote down everything he says :) also if you do ring up reception with a complaint they do send someone up straight away to fix the problem.
