Sur beach hotel is a bit out of sur, a car is absolutely necessary, you want in the city. It is located directly on the ocean and we had a beautiful view of water and city.
The room was very small and cramped, but with a small balcony. The wardrobe was not, as a chair in front of it. So only for one or two nights recommended, if you have to unpack nothing.
We needed an adapter and had to have a power outage. Both times were very quickly and in a friendly way.
Also we got a very large fruit basket in the room.
