The hotel is for a beach vacation very recommendable. Here is simply right everything. Starting from the rooms with a perfect breakfast to the 24 hour butler service and a in the price included tea time with coffee and cake. After staying in Kuta the 'true Bali' met had, we were very glad of our last week in the 'captive area of Nusa dua' to spend. Clearly too expensive hotel. The hotel is in need of renovation. Professionals should better be formed. Very poor cleaning of the room. Unclean cutlery in any breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beach dirty, plastic bags, Alkene... In masses at the beach. Read more

... (Additional costs 600, -only $for access). The hotel was horrible conditon at loud statement of the hotel staff only about 50% full. Nevertheless we had to the room until 12:00 A. M. rooms, although our flight only 10:30 P. M. went. At temperatures of 30 degrees and humidity of 90% and a forthcoming flight of total 21 hour! Is really no fun.
Perhaps they should in a luxury hotel think about for such purposes' people who were departing ' available.

The hotel as well as the entire area is very clean and well maintained. The people who make the guests and to make their work with large friendliness. Unfortunately, it has this year a bit more rain than in other years, but the stay as such was not adversely affected.
