The hotel is a great hotel with some small drawbacks. The glasses and cups in the restaurant could be cleaner (lipstick on the leftovers). The staff in the restaurant was sometimes a little overactive, as our table was already after a short absence get (two minutes dessert at the buffet) cleared and newly occupied, although our glasses were still full. The check-in process was already after a few days a bit monotonous and bland. Otherwise was nothing to complain about. Read more

The Fayrous is a great hotel! Overall, I would rate the hotel with very good. In the six days I was there with a friend spent, you could feel all around. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The beach is good offering a clear view. In December the number of visitors was well arranged and a beach chair at the beach always free. The beach chairs and umbrellas not overlap beach section. The Front desk at the front desk was professional, cordial and without a scrum, vacation feeling from the beginning. Optically beautiful plant. Very good rooms, very clean and with atmosphere. We can recommend the hotel to anyone absolutely recommend. Unfortunately, it was very windy December, so that a start on the pier for snorkeling was not possible at all (except in the restaurant) and for US divers difficult due also the flow. In the evening you could nicely sit on the terrace and a lot of lamps stars observed. The food is good and you can find for lunch in the beach bar or in the main restaurant. We would again at any time in this hotel, the next time but perhaps in the summer with less wind. Read more

We had a fantastic holiday the 18 year olds were exhausted every night and now the big question would we go back yes but not for five years to see how the hotel and the area around the hotel has developed the weather was in Marsa Alam around 33 to 38 every day with a slight drop at night with blue blue sky in Luxor it was 46 degrees what more could you want in October.

Chez Pasqual is a must - for 4 of us to dine (and be waited on rather than self serving) with 4 starters ,4 main meals and 1 dessert was around 400 egyptian pounds - drinks are still all inclusive unless you want a bottle of wine - and the service was excellent as was the food , you get 30 LE credit per person which basically is a free starter - steaks, fish, lamb - lots of choice and very high quality def worth a visit. - in July 10

Immacuately clean, spectacular, large, infinity pool, alongside jacuzzi and chilldrens pool, with plenty of sunbeds. - in November 09
There were plenty of sunbeds at the poolside, but not enough on the beach where everyone seemed to prefer.

The pool was lovely and heated, which was great and was used unlike the large pool at Coraya which was not heated last year.
