Welcome to the hotel Esplanade
Recreation in the centre of the city in our new extended hotel Esplanade. The 83 rooms and four air-conditioned conference rooms with all the amenities of a first class hotel are arranged around our quiet and green courtyard which is an oasis of peace in the centre of town.
From our hotel you can reach everything on foot easily. Dortmund’s popular pedestrian area and a great number of shopping possibilities are only a few metres away. Near to our hotel you can also find the concert hall, the jazz club Domizil, theatres, a lot of museums, discos and a bowling centre and of course the public transports. Dortmund’s main station is only 500. Dortmund Airport is only 15 minutes away.

For your individual wellness programme we offer you a Finnish sauna with showers, foot bath and a relaxation room. As a specialty we have a further relaxation room with smooth sand and an underfloor heating. Here you can enjoy yourself with music and changing coloured lights in a deck chair or in the sand.
Our fitness room with crosstrainer, allround exercise-machine and bicycle gives you the possibility to do sportive exercises.

We actually wanted to in another hotel stay, but a business commitment late, so that our rooms already resold were. Therefore we were happy, the Esplanade hotel a good hotel close to the city center could find.
The hotel lies very centrally located on the ring road, there is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel. Unfortunately you have to the suitcase from the garage in the front desk contribute, the lift is not to bottom.

The room seemed to be clean, but on closer inspection it wasn't Sunday dust on the heaters, pillows too soft.
way too small. No safe. TV disturbances. No balcony. Minibar expensive.
