This hotel is located a few kilometres from the city centre of Prague, were traveling with our coach for sightseeing. The hotel is very large with about 1,000 rooms and guests from many different countries (many young people) at the beginning of something confusing to find the room. There are two points, which I 'top' this hotel. We were with a large group. There are major problems with the room distribution. The staff at the front desk was not very efficient in order to cope with this organization. Some got room assigned, which were mostly already occupied. Embarrassing situations were inevitable. The cleanliness in the rooms left much to be desired. The rooms were very dirty. We travel very often and had already seen a lot, but it is not at all. All hair on the floor and cut off fingernails. during our stay, there were about 25 buses here. The places in the dining room were not sufficient. The hotel staff came with re-filling of the buffets not to.
