We were certain expectations and they were met. Very nice welcome, fast check-in, we were greeted by the manager of the hotel also personally. Which, in turn, was often at the food buffet with present at the application and clear. Large parking lot in front of or behind the house. Located directly on the beach promenade. Very nice breakfast buffet, Sunday champagne unfortunately only and on bank holidays. Since we had a package four = five had booked this dinner included. That had to be said once again... I am originally from the restaurant business ourselves and was placed on the contrary to honest friendliness gobsmacked again and again. It started at the gate on, went for breakfast and the front desk Wellness and rounded the whole thing with a nice atmosphere. Individual questions were answered very open... We have stayed in many travel Charme Hotel-try. The hotel in Zinnowitz has the best location, to the beach only a few seconds (beach sheets are available free of charge at the front desk, very large and cuddly soft) and the food is even better than in kühlungsborn. The hotel manager Mr meter is worried for his guests and a lecture at the welcome on usedom, the unnecessary additional travel guide.
