Looks nice on the surface but on closer inspection in my opinion it is definitely not 5 star or even 4 star,
Poor selection of food which was always tepid no matter when you went for a meal.
Cleanliness was sadly lacking most guests changed rooms due to poor decor and we heard from one couple that their daughter had cut her leg on a broken bed spring.
Our room was not too bad,it had everything as stated in brochure but the air conditioning was switched of & in temperatures of 30+ was stifling. Staff told us it was their 'Winter Season'

The hotel complex from the first glance made a good impression. The lobby is spacious and garden area and pool area is very well maintained. My room had a certain hue with badly stained carpet and the service was in the quality changing-from fantastic decorated bed and simply vergessenem room service was offer go far dispersed. The staff was overwhelmed total, unfriendly and indifferent about the well-being of the guest to take care of it. No clear, no plates and cups at the food. Beach cushions dirty (blood, etc.) with various complaints, it was done by the hotel management didn't serious taken (probably, because there were no Russians). The specialties. the hotel is medium size. The lobby liked it.
the garden is very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained.
we had all-inclusive and were very satisfied. Sometimes we had to wait for a free table. The hotel was fully booked. We have without any problems two room cards received, which is not in every hotel folds. There were only a few German speaking guests present. Many Eastern Europeans. However that didn't bother us. The guest service is very concerned about us hard-working. All employees were accommodating and nice.

On arrival at 4:00 am our mini-bar was empty,as I needed tablets, my husband was told to go to the 24 hr bar to get water,he was not told where it was but was told the mini-bar would be filled in the morning,it was not so we finally had it stocked after a further complaint.
